but we got through it all. The month started off with us celebrating the Fourth of July in Independence and celebrating Hannah's birthday there. We then headed to Lake Rathbun and spent an extended weekend there with my extended family. While we were there we celebrated Hannah's birthday there (since she officially turned 5 while we were there). After we got home my mom stayed with us for two weeks. Parker and Hannah had swimming lessons and Hannah had Hip Hop Dance Camp . Parker also finished up his baseball season. We also had a day at Adventureland (and if you look at the pictures...you can tell is was HOT that day and we didn't stay any longer than three hours. It was MISERABLE.) I started my new job and the kids started going to a new daycare. We have had a bridal shower and I have a bachelorette party tonight to attend. We also went to our neighborhood party (saying goodbye to one of our neighbors who is moving away - and we will miss you guys!!) Tomorrow we have a baptism to go to for our niece so we have had one BUSY month. August doesn't look any less busy. I guess this is one way to spend the summer...
Hopefully we aren't so busy it doesn't take me two weeks to update again :)
