A day on the farm...

We decided to kick off October by having a fun filled family day at Center Grove Apple Orchard in Cambridge, Iowa.  This has become an annual tradition for us and our kids look forward to it every year.  Their favorite things are the big jumping pillows and the giant slide.  Joe and I enjoy the apple cider donuts and getting to spend the day with the kids away from technology getting back to our roots.  Ashlyn's favorite thing today was feeding the goats.  She was so thrilled about getting to interact with animals.  I have never seen her on such a natural high from something that is so simple.  Some great memories were made today.  What a great way to kick off October!!
